4 bed rental available 1st feb

We are leaving our 4 bed rental in Happy Valley as we have just bought a home.Outside there are two carports,a shed and an undercover entertaining area. Its a large two story property, lounge, dining, kitchen, family, laundry, toil et,bathroom, huge double bedroom and single room.1st floor, large rumpas, two double bedrooms, bathroom. We are in the lower hills and see lots of roo's and koalas.I think 6 or 12 months will be available and i think pets would be fine. The agent will be advertising the proprty in around a week,so if your interested pm me for more details.

Hi,we are coming out next month for a 3 week holiday to activate our visa and are hoping to sell our house soon to make the permanent move.We have looked at lots of places and done alot of research and the two places we keep returning to are happy valley and port noarlunga. When we come out next month we are staying in a rented property in port noarlunga so i wondered if you could tell me how you find living in happy valley and whats there to do, thanks clare :-)

We only made the move less than 6 months ago.We stayed in Hallett cove (Margarittas) for the first 3 weeks then moved to the rental here in Happy Valley. It's really nice here and the kids have settled straight into the local schools and made lots of friends. We have just found the perfect house for us and so bought much earlier than we had first planned.Happy Valley itself, you can go more rural or closer to the shops depending what suits. It's a quieter suburb but close to everything. The nearest beach is 15mins, city 30mins and wherever you choose will be no more than 5mins from the shops, bus routes are good and theres a large shopping complex with bowling, cinema etc about 20mins away. There are also various golf and tennis clubs around here. I hope that helps a little. Feel free to contact me if theres anything else you would like to know.

Hi CSS, We have found the mortgage proccess quite simple here and very quick. The interest rates are higher. If you go on the NAB site there is a section where you can play with figures a bit.Different borrowing amounts, home loans, stamp duty etc.We found it quite a usefull way to get an idea of what we could borrow, before going forth with an application. Hope you enjoy your trip. Deb
