Breaking lease 4 bed Hallett Cove

Hi unfortunately we will be breaking our lease on Our 4 bedroom house.

Briefly house has 4 really good size bedrooms all with built in wardrobes neutral walls and clean carpets, main bedroom has walk in wardrobe and en-suite.
It has a open plan kitchen dinning and family room which is part carpeted and tiled. Lovely large lounge with neutral good quality carpets.
Utility with sink and lots of storage cupboards.
Outside has large undercover area with gorgeous sea views and a large grasses area all flat easy maintenance.
Garage with auto rollers which drives through to rear with another very large garage ideal for gym or games area.
All in all the house is a extremely good rental house you can just move things in as it is all neutral, the street is quiet a few families near by and it is within ten min walk to Hallet cove east school, and a 5 min drive to the r-12.

As we are moving to the gold coast and want to be there ASAP would suit familly of any ages plenty of room for children to play and have their own space. We will be instructing a date to agents later this afternoon when we will be vacating.
