A picture speaks a thousand words.

I've seen quite a few comments that people cannot upload pictures in the forum.

Unfortunately you cannot upload directly into the forum.

The best way is to join an image hosting site such a Photobucket or Flikr.
Both are free and very easy to join , you can add or delete photos with quite a high free allowance.

Once you have uploaded to a hosting site copy the location (URL) - it is "Image Code" in Photobucket.
Paste this into your post or click on "inset Image" on the top toolbar when posting and add it into the box that pops up. Hit Preview post to ensure the pic shows and hey presto !
Your pic should be up.
Both sites will resize automatically but if you wish to chop / shrink or make simple adjustments use a program such as Irfanview (free download)
