We are Vince and Dee, just this week we have decided to take the plunge and start the process of migrating to Adelaide. We have so much going through our mind at the moment and thought it would be great to met like minded people who are also going through the same process.

Hi and welcome to PIA. there is a meet going on 19th August in the east midlands( see the posts) im sure a few more could be catered for. So far theres a good gathering of 60 + people going, all with people in the same boat!

Hi

There have been at least 2 West Mids meets at Bromsgrove which is quite close for you. We went to the last one on 23rd June and thought it was well worth while and I am sure there will be another reasonably soon. I just thought it was good to talk to like minded people instead of boring all your friends and workmates with what must seem to them like a never ending process.
Keep an eye out on here and someone will eventually suggest a date. I think mid to late September would be good as there are loads of new people joining this site and I know a few from last time will have left.

we are in Tamworth, and we also went to the last 2 west mids meet, and we are travelling to the east mids one as well! They are great fun and you can learn loads! Where in the west mids are u?

HI we are in Daventry, northants, we would love to meet up with others! we also are just starting the process!! I think the meet on the 19th of August may be a tad too far but are looking into it!

Hi Nikki & Lee.

Were in Sunderland, so 200+ miles i think to the meet up.. Havnt even checked the miles. OMG.

Anyway we are camping for the weekend, I know its a long way to come but worth it.

Been to another meet up in Leeds area which was 100 miles, and we did the 200 mile return journey in the day. Well worth it.xx;)

Will look into that then, we are thinking about staying over the night camping! make a good day of it! We really would love to go as it will be great to meet people who are all thinking of going to Aus!
