Just checked their site, looks like they only supply & deliver. You would need to look up plumbers in your area. What things are you getting? Maybe diy

Hi Julie
Tradelink only supply I'm afraid - same with a couple of other companies local to me which are Reece Plumbing and Northern's Plumbtec.
Trying to get hold of a good plumber is like trying to put a sticking plaster on an eel here!! Good luck.:goofy:

I am a pumber too, and although I'm not local, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
You won't be able to DIY, I'm afraid, as ALL plumbing work MUST be done by a licensed plumbing contractor.
Hey Wilki, How's the work situation over there? Is there plenty of work about?
Cheers
Mike

Hi,
My husband, Lee has been offered a job in Adelaide working for a plumbing company but the wages seem quite low, well compaired to the UK, what would be an average wage a plumber should expect to get working for someone?. Be good to find out .
Thanks Julie & Lee

Hi,
you say ALL plumbing work MUST be done by a licensed plumbing contractor,do you mean everything, changing a basin taps for example, fitting a new bath waste, I am used to doing everything my self other than gas of course, I dont mind getting out of the big jobs but would not want to call a plumber to sort a dripping tap.:)

Hi Soggy
I think you can legally change your own tap washers now in OZ, but to change somebody elses washers, you would need to be a licensed plumber.
You cannot change a tap,or a waste fitting without being a licensed plumbing contractor.

Thanks for that, I may have to start a DIY thread to find out what I will be able to do in my own house, I imagine electrics will be quite restrictive too.

I think the average wage is around $22 - $28 per hour. That seems to be the norm here in Perth.
