Friends of mine are moving and need to find somone to take over the lease on their rental. They have a 3 bedroom new house in a quiet area of Seaford Rise, close to schools, Seaford Mall and less than 10 minutes to the beach.

The house is approx 1 year old courtyard style with enclosed garden, 3 bedrooms, ensuite to main, family room leading to garden.
