I know how much time I spent trying to find info and how frustrating it was so put all the stuff I had found onto a website to make it easier - I use it as much as others do :lol:

Made proving my research to SA for sponsorship a little eaiser too :lol:

Hi Lisa
We were granted our TRA last week & have just applied for SA sponsorship...via an agency.
I am hoping that this won't take too long, I have heard its about 28 days. Do you know if theres any reason to not get sponsorship? or is this automatically given on an SIR495?
Anyway our visa application is ready at the agency, so I am hoping ours is sent before Xmas.
Not sure when the agency will advise us to go for medicals - do they have to wait for DIMIA to appoint a CO who in turn advises the medicals / PCs?

Soo many questions !

We are applying for a 495visa - we submitted our SA sponsorship on 29th October and so far have not heard....our agents have said to wait another 2-3weeks. Im gutted, we had to wait for 12 weeks to hear from our assessements.

The waiting is driving me mad............!

BTW - Lisa, the website you set up is brill and I use it loads. thanks.x

Thanks Sarah. After it being online for a couple of months I have just updated it from feedback received.

There are now more pages with easier to use menu and catagories. Have also tried to add info rather than just links. :D

Thanks so much Sarah - what a lovely thing to say :D I do try and say things that may help as I know how frustrating it can be sometimes - also have to bite my tongue a few times on some of the other forums though as some of the comments :shock:

Yep am officially obsessed with all things adelaide :lol: Will probably be bored of it by the time we move over there :?
