We've sold our house!! YIPPEE!!

.....sorry, too excited to do housework! After a morning of hard negotiating we've sold our house for our asking price (although drop by 5k a month ago) The couple want to exchange in 28 days!!

Heart really thumping....things are moving on!!

Me and my 2 girls are going to move in with my parents and hubby in with his....Also, hubby got made redundant and leaving his job at the end of jan -FAB NEWS as he's been there for 15 years and so getting a nice lump sum..........

Just got to start packing now!

Well done , i am in the same boat as you packing and getting rid of loads we are not taking much with us, but the lady buying our house is letting us stay after we have completed we are just going to pay her rent for a couple of weeks saves a bit of hassle, my mum and sisters are very emotional and i think i would be in tears all the time if i went to stop with them.
Any way good luck with every thing hope to meet you all out there SOON!!!!
