Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has any information/ opinion about the Royal Adelaide Hospital and also if it uses a particular agency when in need of staff. I have my visa and am just putting the feelers out about employment. I would preferably like to do agency work until I find my feet. I am a recovery nurse. Be good to hear from anyone doing the same thing or anyone else for that matter!

I will get the details off her bout the agency that she is using but she has just got a job at the Calvary.
I know she is very happy with them.

Hi there
Both myself and my husband are registered with NASANSB I am a midwife and they are the only agency that offer insurance for midwifes, that enable you to work in the public sector. NASA seem to have the monopoly of the hospitals nationwide. THey offer the chance to work rural too (the pay is better). Andy is an ICU nurse and has worked in both public and private hospitals with them (inc the RAH). He is also registered with two other agencies - ASEPS who seem to specialise in theatre/recovery/ICU and CCU work, they pay a minimum of around $48 an hour up to $70 per hour (and they do get work!). The pay with them is better than NASA. I will ask him about the other later when he gets up!
www.aseps.com.au (http://www.aseps.com.au) - If you contact them tell them that you got the number from Andy Moore - Thanks
