Private Health Insurance??

Hi Everyone,
We arrive in adelaide on the 26th may, and just wondered what peoples thoughts were on arranging private health insurance before you leave?? Is it worth it?? and if so can anyone recommend any companies

I don't think you have got anything to gain arranging before hand and would wait until you get here, we use Medibank Private and are happy with their service,
