how long?SIR 495 Visa

Hello.. can anyone shed some light on this?? I have a job offer with sponsorship..... how long roughly would I have to wait for my SIR495 Visa? Thanks, :)

We done our sir 495 visa online. We applied on the 4th October, meds and pc's done mid November and visa granted 12th feb so about 4 months for ours.

Including gathering skills info, sponsorship and main application it was 2 days short of 9 months start to finish :lol:

Yes, we too are going on a SIR495 - it took approx 9 months from start to finish.

i hope our SIR495 only takes that long, the difference i think we will have is our agent is posting ours instead of lodging it on line so it may take longer. the agent said another 7 months approx. i wasnt very happy when she told me they didnt lodge online and always posted.
