School stats

Just wondering if anyone was aware if there was somewhere to find a list of the stats for various schools around the Adelaide area, which would be helpful when deciding on which areas to locate to.

I'm not really sure what kind of stats you mean.

If you mean stats as in school results (giving an indication of the school's academics), then most schools will publish this on their own home page.
