info on medicare

am moving to adelaide on 1st oct with three kids, have printed medicare forms from gov website but was wondering if anyone else could give me advice on when,where,who and what to do on arrival with them. many thanks;)

Fill them out, go to a medicare office with them and a load of id, lodge them there. They should give you a number on a temp card to use while you wait for the plastic one. There is a medicare office in Marion shopping centre, also one in Currie st in town.
