do houses have cellars?!?

but are there houses in sa with cellars?

or is it totally uncommon??

Ours has a wine cellar :p just have to stock it up but getting there :D

Having looked at literally hundreds of houses whilst researching last Jan/Feb I would say that the majority do not have cellars. Many however have areas which are called wine cellars but these are often otherwise unusable areas, where the ground levels mean that there is space under the floor somewhere. Having said that some do have purpose built wine cellars, but I would say that they are the exception.
