Anyone on here go to Noarlunga Weightwatchers at Witton Masonic Hall on Wednesdays?

 

Thinking of checking it out next week as a preventative measure - I'm already completely confused by all the kilograms for weight and joules instead of calories. The vast amount of choice in the supermarkets is just too tempting!

 

Just as well it's not ice cream season yet! Am hoping that Aussie weightwatchers have shopping/eating out guides like in the UK to help me out!
