At Last...

Just to say that we are finally in Adelaide,well to the south of it staying in Mclaren Vale.Had a really good trip with Qantas all a bit tired but been in the pool with the girls today Monday.Would like to meet up with people at some point but as you all know have a lot to do at the mo.So a big hello to everyone see ya soon regards Scott and gang..

P.S have a good trip Kelv,Haley and kids seeya for a few beers on the other side asap LOL..

P.P.S Whats a good local paper for job hunting and what day is best to look for job adverts.Im a brickie by the way cheers in advance for any comments seeya

the Advertiser. I think tues and sats are job days. Alternatively www.careerone.com.au i think gives you all the paper has anyway.

job day is Wednesday and Saturday in the advertiser, there was a few brickies jobs advertised this wk so hopefully things are starting to pick up....good luck

Yes we are it is really nice here isnt it,did you stay at the cottage?The countryside is stunning isnt it can anybody recomend somewhere to eat out in or close to Mclaren Vale?

Might have a lead on the job front fingers crossed as our house sale fell through on tuesday and we got on the plane friday......Happy days eh LOL.

Still the sun is out and we are more than happy at the mo as everybody has been really kind so far which helps a lot.

Nice restaurants in Mc Vale - my favourites are Oscars, The Barn and Market 190. Cheap and cheerful with the kids - The Alma Hotel in Willunga is a favourite, Willunga isn't too far from you about 5 minutes drive.

Hi yes we stayed at mclaren cottage beautiful isn't we didn't want to leave. Bet that pool is lovely at the moment I am jealous can we come for a swim ? LOL.

 

Good restaurants are Oscars in Mclaren Vale and Russells in Willunga.

Yes the pool is great but the water is freezing......You have to jump in and swim like mad to keep warm,still the kids love it so i have to get in and freeze LOL.
