At last!! Today we received an acknowledgement email from Immigration Australia (DIAC) confirming the receipt of your application and payment for your visa.

 

The DIAC have indicated that your case reference number will be sent through in approximately 12 week’s time, so a lot more waiting for us. :SLEEP:

No one said it would be a quick process. :biglaugh: I think its just the laid back attitude of the Aussies. I reckon these case officers only turn up for work 1 day a month. :biglaugh:

 

Still at least you are almost at the last stage now so just think about getting Christmas over with and you'll be almost home and dry.
