laptop on a go slow

Hi,

 

Can anyone please recomend anywhere to take my laptop to its running frustratingly slow and i'm on the verge of putting it thru a window! Anyone know a good reliable place thats not going to cost too much?

Do you virus scan it regularly?

 

Check out this program.http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php..i use it and check my 2 lappys and desktop at leats once...download the program from here and update and run it....i am sure other guys will be on to pass on some help advice and tips too....
