Mitcham Library's 'New Arrival Lounge'

Mitcham Library is offering a new arrivals evening on the 6th April - a pretty informal evening just for the library to 'introduce' itself and its resources. The evening is free but bookings are essential. Thought this might be relevant to anyone in the Mitcham area. I guess you don't have to be new new, maybe if you just haven't found the library yet ;-) Details below. I believe there are plans to run a similar evening at the Blackwood branch at some point in the future too - so watch this space ... :-)

New Residents: Welcome to the Arrivals Lounge

On Wednesday 6 April from 6.00 - 7.30 pm we will be welcoming interested new residents and giving them the opportunity join our Library. Find out what your Council has to offer you and and learn about our Library progams. Take the opporunity to join up and let us show you how to get the most out of our Library Catalogue and online resources.

Experience one off programs for children and meet our staff. Free Goodies Bag and Prize draws throughout the evening.
