Well it was either a New Years Gift or a belated Christmas present and I can't quite believe I'm typing this.

WE HAVE OUR VISA!

There I was taking down the Christmas decorations, the Tesco man had just delivered my shopping and then BAM! We're off to OZ.

I can't wait.

Next stop, the Estate Agents.
