yippee survey finally done

Hi all

 

Just had to tell someone we have finally had the survey done on our house for the buyers and everything is good.

Land searches should be back next week so hopefully still on track for end of july completion, so looking forward to being in adelaide beginning of Aug.

Hopefully may win lottery as well tonight.

sorry to hear i know how depressing it is. have you thought of changing estate agents. Does the one you have contact buyers for feedback on your house it comes in handy to find out what people think.

We have changed agents now and reduced slightly, well gone for offers over. Yep unless you get people through the door you cant see whats wrong. There are so many properties trying to sell people can be very choosy. Going to talk to them tomorrow about renting.
