Whales

Sat on Moana Beach with the kids today just looked up and saw 2 whales, it was wonderful. Mason very excited at seeing them, so is going to get his dad to buy some binoculars to see them better.

Life couldn't get any better just need to see those pesky dolphins then it will be complete.

We have a rental just by Moana beach, we fly out 25th April next year 2012. Really excited when i read posts like this. xx

weve seen the dolphins, seals, rays & a 2ft wide turtle in portnoarlunga , but havent saw any whales yet, never seem to be in the right place at the right time , they must have been amazing to watch

Today I saw a whale at Port noarlunga. Now i have seen a whale, a shark and a seal there

Cool, my mum said she saw a couple at O'Sullivans beach this morning.

We havnt seen any this year, been too busy/wrong place/time etc....usually go down to Bashams beach near Goolwa/Pt Elliot and see mums n bubs down there.

Saw two at Port Noarlunga this arvo, we were casually walking along the jetty when my son said "oh look, there's a whale", there were two of them, just swimming on their side (almost like they were waving!!) the other side of the reef, amazing, just managed to get photo on my phone, just typical as I was there last week with my SLR and nothing!!

 

Will defo be going back soon to snap some pics.
