From what I've read (and I'm not an expert) a lot depends on what happens in the next few months in the U.S and Europe. Growth has slowed but inflation is still a concern here (so the RBA says) and thats maybe why interest rates haven't dropped. Interesting times ahead as nobody is able to predict what's going to happen.

 

The UK is still very much in trouble as is the rest of Europe and the U.S
