Good luck to you and the family Sue,

When are you hoping to move out, or does it all depend on the house sale like us?

Great news.

Have a house painting party. Get the beers in invite your mates round and decorate your house and have a goodbye bash at the same time.;)

**Tip don't crack the beers open until the painting has been done.** :biglaugh::biglaugh:

Hi

In process of submitting visa application having received skills assessment and state sponsorship. We too have never been and decided to save money by not going for a reccie and also intend to put house up for sale once visa granted. Good luck with your sale
