OMG! House sold at last!!

Having felt so down in the dumps last weekend because we were getting nowhere with our house sale, we've just accepted an offer this afternoon with no chain so ready to proceed asap!!!! Can't believe it! Whoop! Whoop!

 

Looks like our plans to be in Adelaide by Easter are going ahead!

 

Have a feeling that I should enjoy this final piece of calm before the storm of the next 2 months!!!

Well done know exactly how you are feeling , we're at the final hurdle just waiting to exchange contracts on Monday then complete at the end of the month , stay with relatives for a couple of wks then move mid feb
