Hi we got the email last night to let us know that we have been granted the VISA(subclass 165) just got to deposit the money into the government bond but got to sell the rentals first easier said than done at the moment WE WILL DO IT see you all soon in adelaide:jiggy::jiggy:

Well done getting a Business visa 165, we started the process last Feb 07 too but have only just sent off for State Sponsorship. What money's did they take early on in the visa process? The full 750k?

did you use an agent?

We are still in the process of trying to sell the business but fingers crossed we'll get buyers soon

Hi Janet,

once the the visa process is complete ie..sponsorship granted,all paperwork passed,meds/police checks etc when all these have been accepted by case officer then they ask you for the $750k and we believe you initially get 49 days to pay but you may be able to get an extension.hope this helps
