Christmas post

Can anyone tell me the last date I can post cards to the UK as I searched on Auspost but cannot find it.

They don't do last posting date here, 'tried asking fr post office. But they do it with parcels. Best thing is you ask the post office near you.

I was told when asked that they didn't use last posting dates because everything went airmail anyway; I suppose it's just best to be organised (I keep thinking I'll write my cards but haven't yet).

There is a cut off for sending over land/sea which was back in September time.

 

For airmail Aus post don't have a cut off. However, its worth remembering that it can take up to 14 days outside of the Christmas period for post to arrive when coming from Aus to the UK. So when posting for Christmas, the advice is post early. Leaving it too late may mean it will get to the UK in time but the Royal Mail may not deliver it in time for Christmas because of backlogs and their cut off for post before Christmas.

Yes this was the hardest bit spent over $50 dollars last week .but was such a relief knowing it was done .good luck everyone
