Huge thanks to Andrew Williams and Stacey Coombes of Vista Financial Servies. They are members on here. We've just had our mortgage confirmed to buy a house on 31 acres on KI. Most other lenders said no way, it's on KI, it's over 25 acres etc. A quick chat with Andrew and today we got the approval from the bank for our dream house! It has 4 beds, 2 receptions, spa bath, fish pond, a dam with marron, big gum trees with koalas, 200sqm of shed (man cave), plenty of space to be self sufficient, a creek and lots and lots of potential.

 

Andrew and Stacey were really helpful and I can't thank them enough.

 

Life is good.

We are so happy, thanks for your help! It still hasn't sunk in but we'll love our new home, kids are already planning motorbikes, ATVs, ponies etc! I just want the big shed.
