This is taken from our local Messenger (can't find a link that works) - is this really the basis that Australian politics are run on? You'd have thought that he would have to have some sort of allegiance, agenda or manifesto before he could declare his interest or how would people know what they are voting for?
Think it might be a good job I'm sitting this forth-coming general election out; I may know a bit more by the time the next one comes round.
