Pre Purchase Buildings and Pest Inspections

Hi looking at buying a house in the area around Modbury .

 

Any body used an inspector that would come to this area and do a good job ?

We used Pest24seven and they were fantastic - our estate agent said they'd never known anyone carry out such a thorough inspection. The chap who did ours was at the property for over two hours and his report was very comprehensive - we were able to go back to our agent and get some things put right before we signed anything. We didn't accompany him to the inspection but we could have if we'd chosen to. They are based in the city but the house we bought was in McLaren Vale so I suspect they cover all areas.
