Shipping car to UK

Has anyone who has returned to UK taken their car with them? Just wondered!

A few do but lots sell before leaving.

 

Cars tend to be much cheaper to buy in the UK so unless the car or really something special or worth shipping, I'd not bother.

Take a look at Autotrader first. You'll probably find it's not worth the aggro.

Thanks. I don't think it is worth shipping. It's an Audi, which I love, but they are cheaper in UK. I think I'll have to part with it (sadly!) and hopefully get the same back in UK.

 

Anton - we've been here 8 years and have enjoyed it, but really miss things about UK, and want to be with family again. It was a very easy decision to make in the end and we're really looking forward to to the move now.
