Poor guy - caught with his pants down at the local brothel! Wonder if he died happy or not?

 

I've been trying to find out today why he was "South Australia's Most Wanted Man" and best I could come up with was that he owned a firearm after being told he couldn't! One step up from an unpaid parking fine I guess.....
