Potential tenants LOVE our house and want to rent longterm!!!

Met a lovely couple this morning!They came with a view to rent our house from us!

Well they love it and said they can't wait to move in and become our tenants longterm!

I am so excited!Another step closer to getting to Adelaide August/September!

Thought as we couldn't sell the house after reducing to £30k under the market value we would consider renting it out!Advertised it yesterday and looks like we have ourselves a nice family going to become our tenants from August now!

They too are planning to move to Adelaide (how strange is that)in 3 years time when she has qualified as a nurse!

Off to start having yet another clear out now!Feeling so positive today!
