I'll never need another food parcel from the UK again - Coles have started doing own brand english style bourbons, custard creams and ginger creams; alongside the Mr Kipling's cherry bakewells and chocolate hobnobs who needs Sainsbury's?!

My OH bought some of the Coles own brand custard creams by accident the other week. I was a bit worried as my youngest can be a bit funny about things that are different but he preferred them. Looks like I will also be buying the Coles own brand from now on. And I think I might just look out for the bourbons at the shops today as well....

Coles have also started selling Maryland Cookies for $1, they didn't last long in our house either!

There are going to be a lot more home brand products in the Coles and Woolies ranges. Some of them are quite surprising...put them in a biscuit tin and the kids don't know the difference!

I noticed a new range of crackers today in Coles too! I reckon they're preparing to battle with Aldi!
