We know how you feel. We lived in the South but moved up to the east midlands just over 4 years ago. Not many people on here from over this side of the country.

The meet up was really good - have a look on the socialising thread to get all the info.

 

Everyone was really friendly and it was great to talk for hours about oz!

 

I think we're gonna try and arrange another one before the summer - maybe you could make the journey, make a night of it and stay over....

We often take our two kids down to Winchelsea Beach to wear them out on their bikes(although we are the ones who end up tired out!!!)

Will certainly make a change to go on a sandy beach rather than the pebbles on Winchelsea Beach and a bit warmer!
