Singpore Transit hotel, how do you pay?

Hi All

Just wanted to know how you go about paying for a room at the Transit Hotel in Singapore. We don't use credit cards so was wondering whether they take cash. If they do, what currency?

Thought those of you who have stayed there would be able to advise.

If I was in your position I would give the cash to a mate or relation and get them to book it for you.

I payed for the room at the tranist hotel with a debit card (nationwide). Not sure what currencies they take in cash sorry.

Dave - you book the room direct through the hotel - just google Singapore transit hotel, you only pay when you actually check in.

You can change your money in Sigapore airport, but I think most places at airport take most major currencoes anyway.

As Em said, book through the Singapore Airport site. There's a from to fill in which is emailed to them. They then send a confirmation email to you. You print this to take with you.

We paid for ours with Singapore Dollars which we changed up before leaving the UK, but I think they accept most currencies.
