Sounds interesting, about the meet and greet story, you've got my attention. will be waiting to hear all. Glad they arrived safely, look forward to hearing all at a later stage. Have a nice time with them tomorrow.

Had a fantastic welcome from the tykes and a very gorgeous tea at tyke towers so many thanks must be made to the super grass :lol: :lol:

 

Sun is shining here today, have wheels now (how is Rusty going eh Tyke :wink: ) got some nice looking houses to go visit and have even learnt which is skimmed milk in the supermarket (skinny milk :lol: ) so live is looking good on this side of the world 8) . Will bore you all to death with a nice long first experiences post once I know a bit more!

 

As for Meet and Greet - lovely couple sat us down and launched a speil on websites we might find useful. The first one they recommended as being very good was Adelaide Bound :lol: :lol: :lol: and then Poms In Adelaide.....they gave in after that! :lol:

Bore us, bore us. For us stuck over here (for now) its good to read others experiences and learn the important things like 'skinny milk' and how things differ. Thanks in advance for loads of posts. :wink::D :lol: :lol:

Glad to hear you're first few days have been enjoyable, and you're getting used to all the lingo! Must be nice to see Tykes, as they almost become like close friends from the forum after all thi time.

 

Bet meet and greet couple were a biit embarassed when they mentioned websites, you probably know mor eabout Adelaide, then a lot of people living there, you sure did plenty of research. look forward to hear a lot more from you as you get more settled. Keep enjoying.
