Just heard on the news, that house prices are on the rise again at last!

That's good news. Had an offer on ours £50,000 below the asking price. Got no chance. Most have lost £30,000 - £40,000 just by putting on the market now. Whoever buys will get that back even sitting doing nothing. They must think were mad. :goofy:

I was reading the other day it will take till 2010 for house prices to steady off let alone start to go up they have gone down by 10% in adelaide but are still selling :)

 

Shhhhhhhh! Don't say that....;) Lets have the belief they are rising again, if there's enough hype about it, it might just happen!!
