Hi

We have concluded contracts on our house and signed the disposition today. Settlement isn't until 7th Jan but in Scotland once concluded buyers are tied into the sale (if they pull out now they have to pay us compensation and all our re-advertising costs). We fly out a week on Friday but happy that the house is sorted.

It's about time the English buying system changed - have read so many stories on PIA where buyers pull out or offer less at the last minute and leave people devastated.

Fife to South Australia this time of year. (Out of the Freezer in to the Frying Pan). lol

Thanks....sitting here in the cold and can't get my head round the fact that the kids are breaking up for their SUMMER holidays in OZ!! lol :biglaugh:
