Contracts Exchanged!!!!!

Just got a call from my solicitor to say contracts have been exchanged on our house sale.

 

Completion date will be 16th Jan so no relaxing Christmas break for us as we really haven't done much preparation just in case it all fell through.

 

Hope to book flights for 9th Feb.

Just spent 3 yrs in Chelters........................nice place; Lovely hills. We got hills in Adelaide; bigger than the cotswolds.

Great news, I remember the relief of signing those contracts. At least you have a few weeks, we had 3 days from signing contracts to leaving house:frownxmas: but it all got done in the end.
