Should there be a Child Moderator for the Kids Section?

Should there be a Child Moderator who looks out for the Kids in that peticular section?

You are probably right James there is far too much private info given out in that section, maybe the parents should keep an eye out too, although I ahve noticed a far bit of private info given out in the "grown up" parts of the forum,

IE. kids names ages and what schools they go to, easy for someone used to this sort of thing to piece together if they are that way inclined...I always think its worring:GEEK:. Not to mentionposting phone numbers and e mail details

Thanks for letting him know. I thought kids are more vunrable than adults thats why i wanted to bring the matter up!

Thanks for the email and messages! At this moment in time, the current moderators do an excellent job of looking after all sections of the forum as it is presently, therefore another mod for the childrens section would not be required. Thanks for the suggestion tho!

 

I agree with Sarah that perhaps too much information is given out freely and will therefore will put some general guidelines down as to what will and won't be allowed in the childrens section. (We do this on PomsInOz.com).
