Outlook deleting emails!

I'm using Outlook and this morning downloaded a couple of emails. Whilst reading one of them, it suddenly just disappeared! I looked in deleted items, no it wasn't there. Tried to look for the junk mail folder but don't appear to have one. So where did this mysterious email go???? Freaky.

If you go to your deleted items folder and then click on tools on your menu bar to bring up the drop down list - click on recover deleted items. This should list all the recent items that have been deleted. The emails could be there. If so, select the one you want and there will be an arrow on the menu bar (I think from memory) click on that and it will move the email back to your deleted box and you can then just drag it into the inbox. - fingers crossed.

Ahaaa, yes I found the junk mail folder finally and yes it was marked as Spam so I got it back! Thanks so much!
