Nearly There!!!

Hi All,

Well this time next week we will be in the AIR....Finally on our way:arghh:

Nearly got the house decluttered and ready to move out saturday, amazing how much rubbish we gather...Have had to get removals to come back with some more boxes, jut can't fit it all in the cases (457 visa, 20kg only).

 

Had so many leaving doo's the last few weeks, finally one on friday, great fun but hard on the emotions:sad:... Looking forward to the warm weather, but could do with it afew degrees cooler!!!!! Not that i'm complaining, can't wait to feel warm and not have to think of scarf's, coat's and boots.

 

The kids have finally come around to the move, although they are upset about there friends, they have finally said they looking forward to going:) about time!!! They have there leaving party sat, wait for it.... 80 kids under one roof, should be fun, OMG.

 

Looking forward to meeting up with some of you once we find our feet, get a car, find school and long term rental....... can't wait for the PIA meet ups and start making some new friends?????

 

Keep you all informed, flight nightmares (hope not)!!!!

Hi Cara and Co,

 

Good luck with all the final preparations and the kids party!

 

We haven't done a winter but I would say throw away the Coats, Scarf's and Boots and invest in extra shorts and flip Flops (Thongs).

 

Be warned though it is very hot set for the 40's everyday this week! To get your self ready for it try putting the oven on let it heat up all gather around the door then open it and stand there!! I think you get the picture?

 

Good luck it is well worth the trouble.

Don't listen to Martin. You bring all the scarves, coats and hats you can find. You'll need them when you sit down on your sofa on an August evening. :biglaugh:
