Was just telling my eldest son we were due rain and he is so upset! I cant believe it as he wanted snow at Christmas.......but then I suppose thats different.

I didnt know what you were all talking about so i checked it up in tinternet.....here is what it says....

Well I'm hanging out for it to really chuck it down for about an hour so I can enjoy it (noise on roof n all that) and then rain all night. You get used to people talking with reverence about a coming cold front bringing rain, stuff the news it's straight to the weather.

We had rain a little more than a spit but definetly not a downpour up here in Golden Grove just about the time kids came out of school, just like old time scowling kids. How british we are talking about the weather.

 

I think rain here is like God is having a big sneeze it seems to be really that brief.
