nintendo Wii...i take it ours will work back in the UK even tho bought here i oz

kids got a nintendo Wii for Christmas here in Adelaide...may well be a silly question...but just want to make sure.....will it work okay back in the UK....and are the games universal?

 

kids will be gutted if it doesn't work when we get home!!

dont know about the wii but jakes nintendo ds plays australian games and it was from the uk but i know xbox games from here dont play on the uk version

Before I bought a Wii in Oz, I rang Nintendo and asked this question because I knew my mum was sending games from the Uk and needed to make sure they worked, so YES, the UK games work in an OZ console, you'll just need to change the plug
