Well we have just bought our 1st house here and all being well should move in a couple of weeks:jiggy: Its so much bigger than the house we had at home, needs a bit of work but totally liveable until we get some money together to do it up. After 5 months of living in a very outdated rental I can't wait to have my own home. We had a decent deposit from the sale of our house at home so the mortgage will cost about the same as renting so it made good sense to go ahead and do it now even though we don't qualify for the first time buyers grant.

I can highly recommend PIA's Andrew Williams :notworthy:who done all the work, all we have to do is sign. So if anyone is looking a mortgage give Andrew a call. It makes it so much easier having someone who knows the system at home aswell and can keep you right.
