That was just the best fish ever hmmmmmm.

 

Was a bit worried about cooking it as only ever cook fish that has come out of a birds eye packet before:embarrassed: but it was fantastic xxx Even the boy asked for 2nds.

 

Steve is off fishing tomorrow and wants to know can you catch that fish from the sea shore or jetty?

It's rare to catch King George Whiting from the shore I'm afraid.

You might see some Yellowfin Whiting which some prefer.

 

Australian Salmon should be inshore,the rougher weather will be bringing them in.

They have stronger taste and should be bled pretty quick after catching them.

Could try baking them stuffed with tomato or onion.

I'm after some to put in the smoke box.
