Thunder Storms

Hi, Just wondered if you get decent thunder and lightning storms in Adelaide, not like the rubbish ones here in the UK.

Sorry - not got any photo's, but we do get some doozies over here in the warmer months. We often see them coming in from the West over the sea, and they are quite spectacular (proper fork stuff, not that sheet version ). Often as not, the rain you're expecting them to bring doesn't materialise though.

yeah they are great and people sit out if they have a view watching the fronts bringing the lightening coming in.
