HELP! Furniture (loan) required

Furniture (air beds!) loan required!

 

Hi everyone – just arrived in Adelaide and now staying in West Beach. We have this booked until the end of September have a long term rental in West Beach from 28th September.

 

Our problem is this – despite shipping things in good time, Pickfords have just emailed to say “Your container is scheduled to arrive October 7th”. This means we will have a couple of weeks without any of our possessions.

 

We can survive without most things and are prepared to buy a few essential bits but I’m sure you all remember the initial set up costs of this move and so I would like to be VERY cheeky and ask if anyone has any bits of furniture (especially air beds) that we could borrow until our container lands?

 

We have a car now so would happily collect.

Hi, we were in a similar situation so I had to smile on reading this. Pretty sure we've got an airbed - I'll check with Adel and post something more definitive tomorrow. Also, we've got a decent sized foam mattress (double or queen) if that's any good.
