That is a great tune and words and as a kid growing up in South Australia we were taught to sing this song.

As South Australia was the only free state ie NO convicts were brought here unlike the other states.

the boys are watching boxing live on tv , shouting for me to turn it down, but i love the pogues version, the louder the better it sounds, or maybe its just cause its late here in the uk,

 

think i will be humming it tomorrow, maybe if we ever sale the house i'll sing it very loud around the village !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
